ITRenew has announced today that it is expanding its Sesame by ITRenew networking solutions to include Pluribus Networks’ Netvisor® ONE operating system and Adaptive Cloud Fabric™ controllerless SDN cloud networking software. This powerful pairing unites the global leader in circular cloud and sustainable data center infrastructure with a pioneer of next-generation networking operating systems.
For current as well as future Sesame by ITRenew customers, this new collaboration with Pluribus equals more choice, more agility and more efficiency. With the option to add Pluribus’ open networking software to their hyperscale-grade compute, storage and networking infrastructure, it will be easier than ever for customers to deploy, optimize and scale their critical infrastructure around the globe.
For example, customers can choose to create active–active data centers for increased availability, establish edge data centers for low latency or support workload mobility for performance optimization. On top of that, they can then program the entire network fabric with one or two commands—all effortlessly scalable from a single rack to multiple locations worldwide.
Both ITRenew and Pluribus are members of the Open Compute Project (OCP), which speaks to the two companies’ mutual commitment to removing the cost and complexity barriers to profitable and sustainable data center growth for everyone. Aligned with the OCP’s broader goal of accelerating the benefits of open systems, customers who enhance their Sesame by ITRenew hardware with Pluribus’ open, virtualized and highly programmable network fabric can realize cost-effective, best-in-class data center solutions that are thoroughly tested, deliver the performance and power needed to support multiple workloads, and introduce the flexibility and efficiency of open architecture.
The addition of Pluribus’ software solution as a fully integrated option builds on ITRenew’s dedication to supporting all of the key technology partnerships and solutions any organization might need to sustainably scale its data center infrastructure. When coupled with the breakthrough time to value (TTV), total cost of ownership (TCO) and sustainability advantages that customers have come to expect from ITRenew, the integration of Netvisor ONE and Adaptive Cloud Fabric will enable them to simplify, automate and virtualize their data center network fabric at the speed of the cloud.
Enterprises and service provider customers globally have been quick to recognize the value of this collaboration and the high-performance, multitenant, hybrid multi-cloud architecture that enables them to expand their capabilities. ITRenew is already implementing projects with Pluribus Networks in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific that span multiple customer segments.
