In addition to making ITRenew the leading data center decommissioning provider in the world, in 2016 the company introduced Sesame, the industry’s first truly circular family of servers. Engineered to create second lives for hyperscale data center hardware, these rack-scale solutions have unlocked new commercial growth pathways for ITRenew and are delivering outsized financial, sustainability and accessibility returns for ITRenew partners and customers. As CEO, Aidin is committed to ongoing and far-reaching innovation that delivers significant and material impact for data center owners, enterprises and the broader IT ecosystem. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a BA from The Ohio State University.

As the head of ITRenew’s worldwide operations organization, Dave leads strategy and execution for ITRenew’s global infrastructure, decommissioning and data security services, and Sesame rack-scale compute and storage solution manufacturing. For more than 30 years he’s played key roles in enabling scale and profitable growth for technology companies from startups to the Fortune 500. His extensive operational and leadership experience in supply chain, quality and manufacturing includes senior management positions at Google (Infrastructure), Brocade, Bay Networks, and Handspring. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from The United States Military Academy and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

As Chief Financial Officer Colin is responsible for leading ITRenew’s worldwide financial and accounting operations including strategic finance, budgeting, tax, treasury, systems integration and business process improvement initiatives as well as overseeing the global human resources team. Colin has extensive leadership and global finance experience within large publicly traded technology companies and venture capital backed companies in the Silicon Valley focusing on hardware and software solutions. Prior to ITRenew, he served as CFO for REI Express International, an H.I.G. Capital portfolio company. Colin has earned a BS in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.

Brandon is responsible for ITRenew’s global facilities operations, security and expansion. Since joining the company in 2014, he has applied his 20+ years of expertise in IT-centric companies to developing, scaling and managing critical infrastructure for ITRenew and its customers around the world. Throughout his career, Brandon has held senior leadership roles in ITAD, Software Design and Development, Business Process Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Break/Fix Maintenance and Managed Services. He holds an MIS degree from Mississippi State University College of Business and Industry.

Andrew leads sales, marketing, client services, partnerships, remarketing and corporate development operations. Previously, he was Executive Vice President at Boston Globe Media Partners and VP of Operations at The Newsweek/Daily Beast, both roles where he guided legacy to digital business transformation and new product development. A graduate of Princeton University, he also holds a JD/MBA from Harvard.

Rhonda leads marketing and communications. She has been building brands with lasting cultural and market impact in IoT, SaaS, Data Analytics, Media and Networking for 20+ years, including pioneering strategies for high-tech icons like Cisco, Dolby and Intel. Previously, she was CMO at Conviva and CMO of the Cisco’s IoT business following the acquisition Jasper, a startup she advanced from stealth mode to the leading global IoT service platform in just two years. A graduate of University of Michigan, Rhonda also holds an MBA from the Leavey School of Business.

As the CEO and Co-Founder of eSiso, Loddy built eSiso into a global leader in the remarketing and remanufacturing of enterprise hardware assets. Utilizing his unique ability to connect major ITAD companies with VARs, OEMs, ODMs and end users, Loddy continues to develop these activities under the ITRenew umbrella.

Kien is responsible for ITRenew’s global accounting operations, including monthly financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls to enhance of the company’s reported financial results. She is also responsible for the firm’s treasury, audit and tax activities.

Chris is responsible for ITRenew’s proprietary hyperscale Teraware disk sanitization software. In addition, he guides ITRenew’s back-office software that provides a full chain-of-custody tracking capability for IT assets. He has a long history of building enterprise-grade software for companies ranging from startups to publicly traded firms.

Kate stands up critical data security operations teams for partners and clients, leading with efficiency and creativity. Previously, she led data center operations and new product introduction teams at large technology firms. She holds an MBA from Duke and an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Rutgers.

Shivani drives strategic human resources programs to deliver operational impact. She leads hiring, development and engagement of talent focusing on the needs of a global workforce. She has held multiple HR leadership positions at Cox Automotive, Xtime and IBM. Shivani holds a Master’s in Psychology.

Erik leads engineering for ITRenew’s circular data center initiatives, including the Sesame product line. Erik has over 20 years experience designing & building scale-out computing technology and teams. Before ITRenew, Erik led teams that created multiple market-leading, hyper-scale, clustered platforms at Dell/EMC. Before that, he innovated & incubated with teams at Seagate Research and Hewlett-Packard Labs. Erik holds Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and Computer Science degrees from Carnegie Mellon University.

Bill leads business development and client services. He brings 20+ years in senior leadership roles in ITAD, reverse logistics, and supply chain management services. Previously he was the Vice President of ITAD Operations at Sims Recycling Solutions and COO at TASQ Technology. Bill holds a BSEE and an MBA from The University of California at Davis.
