After contracts are signed and terms are agreed upon, ITRenew supplies our clients with a login and password, granting access to our secure online account manager.  This feature updates daily account activity, including destruction photos, revenue-sharing sales figures, and appropriate bill of lading or destruction documents.
 
In addition, our account manager will allow for scheduling of pickups online.  Regardless of the size or contents of the pickup, our easy-to-follow online form makes the pickup process time and cost-effective. 

The traceability feature is completely unique to ITRenew customers giving them the flexibility to access their account 24/7.  Our account manager is also an efficient communication tool allowing our clients direct access to ITRenew personnel.
